Actually wasn't Psygnosis, it was the developers (Reflections, DMA Design etc). :D

Given my world view as a boy on discovering Amiga around 12/13 years of age, all the games compared with the 8 bit era just looked incredible

Must sit on my hands and not mention specific intros - these for me pointed to the future and what was going to happen next!!

Flash Back for me sticks out, and BASS, but they were all terrific for the time and even when the world went 3d I still preferred 2d games on my Amiga compared with what always felt like blocky PC counter parts:)

Totally biased but I love the Choas Engine graphics as well, especially world two, specifically the detailed animation on gun turrets and things like steam pouring out of cracked pipes etc.

Settlers is another worthy contender due to the intricate detail on all the characters and buildings as they are worked on and go up!

Visuals in gameplay,....ummm...Ishar series, Flashback, Banshee, Stardust/Super Stardust, Project X, Eye Of The Beholder series, Blackcrypt and Frontier (of course! :p)

Ah Frontier! How did I miss that. It was certainly unique visually.

Visually ? I was always impressed with robocop3 - blocky yes but quick even on an a500 and visually impressive but not the best I grant you

They said that they will finish the Amiga version and release it to the public, but nothing yet (that was 2-3 years ago).

Not one of my faves but Stardust had nice graphics and smooth animations...

I remember playing stardust AGA when I got my first AGA amiga back in the day, and looked spectacular , but for me was the kind of games that gets you bored after playing it a couple of days (well, at least it was not as extremly boring as the rise of the robots was  ).

how about XTR ??? back in the days , it was so many fun playing that awesome game in 4 player death match :) the sheep and the bananas :)))

All time fav would have to be Gods for sure! The gfx + gameplay rocked!
