For sale: Willem EPROM programmer including a cable and power adapter. I bought it in 2000 from Willem himself (he also assembled it), but I've never actually used it...
I'm not sure which version of the PCB this is. These markings are on the PCB: WILLEPRO EPROM PROGRAMMER and SPI 19019900
No software is included on physical media.
