Price now 36 euros. About activation read this tom's hardware article. As I have understood and read from Internet, Microsoft has long since taken down the Activation Servers for Windows XP.

Yes still available, just updated a fresh photo (proof). Use messaging (declare interest) as stated.

Won't put prices here, but I can give two shipping options. High cost package shipping (trackable) or much cheaper letter shipping (not trackable). If you choose 'letter' shipping, pay me 50% of total costs first, and the other 50% when item received. If never arrives, you lose only 50% of money and I lose the item. I've shipped as letter to Germany and Greece succesfully before. I have a feeling that should be safe to Netherlands too. Trackable packages can in rare occasions get lost too, so it's not 'safe' either.
(The above applies to EU countries only...and this item.)
