Sorry to bother you all once more, but I'll promise to give some knowledge back if I can..
The summer is coming, you can feel it in the air someday's already.
I tought it would be a good day to have uae on my laptop, so I took a spare T23 laptop, (ibm of course) removed ubuntu, installed windows fundamentals (to add speed) and installed amigasys, also planning to move that to my A4000.
So I'll take revert to aga, lha pack the disk, lha e the disk on empty disk is the right procedure? Can I make a script to have a portable amiga 4000? (always have the same config, programs installed) Or does the 68060 kills the deal?, or maybe have the script to overwrite the libs?)
I also notice some problems with winuae:
it hangs on the screensaver
there is not enough power for sound left, it's scrambled music
The specs of the emulation machine:
Barebone xp (fundamentals) - some services disabled
A PIII at about 1GHZ & 512 meg ram
S3 video card
The emulated cpu was something like 68040 at above 300 mhz.. It does not really "feel like that".
Problem with amigasys:
Ibrowse does not display amibay properly..Is there anything better??
The speed of the emulation is mostly ok, exept for the chipset.
It blows my scsi A4000 away on some points.. Maybe I still need to take RKAUER advice and add a more recent disk to the A4000.

It seems the sound problem is related to the S3 taking to much cpu power, sound is restored when switching back to winblows, it has not enough power to emulate it
As soon as I start moving windows in winblows the emulation scrambles the sound up
