since there is no rush to use the paddle (practically we almost all use the joystick) it is not currently integrated

Package received, thank you. The X-SID V2.0 is not (yet) compatible with the Ultimate64 Elite. X-SID V2.0 recognized as unknown. Not tested with C64 Reloaded MK2. Will do this soon.

It means both, it's detected as a unknow device. To prevent from sending the wrong voltage it does not get enabled, so no sound either.

Don't worry for that..handle it like 6581 with +12V

I'm not worried, just giving the probable reason why there's no sound

C64 reloaded MK2 works, but here also the SID is not recognized. Neither as 8580 or 6581. The sound is great though in most cases. My guess is the SID will also not be identified in an original C64.
