I have a phat 360 JTAG which powers on but doesn't have any audio/video. No flashing lights, however prior to this 3 of the 4 ring lights were lit up in green.
I suspect it needs a reflow or preferably a reball, so looking for someone with the skill and the right tools (no heat gun/oven jobbies) to do this. Someone who's done several with a good sucess rate.
