Please understand that this is in no means a way to harm a fellow members sale - however copyright is taken seriously to prevent any legal action that may arise towards AmiBay or its members.
While one may argue that such an action may not likely happen - the risk of AmiBay's hosting company placing site restrictions is a very real concern. This has happened before on some sites - and for the sake of playing by fair rules and guidelines AmiBay is here to serve its members.
In regards to Coin-Ops 5 - I do in fact know this software bundle quite well.
I ask the seller to amend his first post to ensure the public (and prospective buyers) that there are no unlicensed copyrighted software installed on the item he is selling. I have also informed the seller of how he can provide a service to fellow members whom would like things installed on it (legally) to help maximize his sale and buyer satisfaction.
AmiBay does not condone Copyright infringement - what the seller and buyer agree to in private under their own legal onus, we provide a legal guideline on how they might proceed. I hope that clears up any ambiguity.
