The card is used and working. It's not under warranty anymore

Yup, i can confirm this. Was one of the first cards to play CRYSIS on anything anywhere near full settings at a playable framerate.

Find another one of these and bung it in an SLI system you could probably top 17k marks in 3dmark 06. (depending on setup)

Oh and may wanna check on this, I dont know how things are there but here XFX used to give double lifetime warranty. My fave GPU brand
