Hello!

I am selling my Yamaha MU80 midi module since I am not using it anymore , it's a very capable XG/GM module with better specs than the usual DB50XG/DB60XG/XR385/SW60XG midi daughterboards. It comes with the Japanese manuals but without a psu - it takes a 12v 700mA center positive one , very common. (reason is that with a psu the package goes over the 2kg limit and postage doubles at ~32eur) . Condition is really good, no cracks or damaged parts or deep scratches. Buttons , display , dials all work perfect.

I am looking to get 120eur for it , price includes shipping to EU via registered airmail.

Thanks! :)

Not declaring interest, but this looks really really nice. I would imagine this would work much in the same way as a Roland MT-32 as in you can hook it up to a PC and in game setups which support General Midi you can use it to improve the sound 1000%. Doom and Doom II come to mind as well as quite a few games which came out around 1991-1998. I also guess you can do MT-32 "emulation" using patches, sort of like how the MT-32 can do General Midi "emulation" using MTGM.EXE.

it is a good GM/GS synth so doom, descent etc sound great on it
it also has a C/M mode - this is AFAIK the cm-32l mode they just called it C/M to avoid fees or something  - haven't tested that since I have roland stuff but that's what the forums say...
