Yeah,

It's more heavily moderated that some forums you may be used to, but that's because we maintain a flame and troll-free community and we have to protect the trading side of the site.

Enjoy our unique retro experience. You have a *lot* of reading to do.

Edit - Cologne - home of some of the best Ford engines ever built (the V6 :))

Being a Pertol head & having owned a rather tasty & heavily modified MkV Cortina 2.3 Ghia, I have to concur. They were the smoothest revving V6 Ford ever made & sounded gorgeous. Though the Vulcan V6 had Torque that nearly ripped the steering wheel out of your hands & in a 3 Litre Capri S, it was like trying to steer a tea trolly on the bends.

Cologne! The land of my ancestors (or was Bonn?).

I where there just one time in my live.

Welcome to Amibay! Lots of information, big opportunities to buy/sell retro stuff and, of course, lots more of fun.:)

The Google translator isn't the best way to learn german i guess :p

Ain't that the truth! Last time I used Google translate to put something into German, I essentially asked an eBay seller if he would become a ship (presumably using some cunning metamorphosis powers) to deliver the item he was selling to the UK.

Welcome to Amibay! I'm sure you'll have a great time here.
