Sold Z3 fastlane SCSI controller, v2.2 plus 8.5roms, maybe defective

I have for sale a FastLane Z3 scsi controller and fast ram board, in very good cosmetic condition. I bought this as working, but with no ram on it. I aid 4MB of fast ram (4 X 1MB 32pin) and test it. But the A4000 doesn't boot. This A4000 has an 040 CPU and buster9, and i have no access to other A4000. I bought the upgraded 8.5 rom from here https://www.amibay.com/showthread.php?54597-Rom-8-5-for-Fastlane-Z3&highlight=fastlane , i relpaced the old, but nothing change. I suppose that something is wrong with ram modules or with jumpers or with card or with the A4000 specs (not compatible). So i give this card as probably defective for 50 euro (the half i bought it)+10 euro for the 8.5 boot roms, a total of 60 euro plus shipping cost (about 12-14 euro for registered shipping).
