I think I'm using the latest version that was posted on Aminet. It was last updated a year ago, so I'm fairly certain I have the latest version. I have an ACA 1220 inside my Amiga and the only other PCMCIA card I have is a usb one - and as I have no use for that I haven't actually tried...
I tried pulling and re-inserting the card, the light came on, but then the same thing happened when I ran Miami Init. The card is a Macsense AeroCard Plus WPE-700 which, going by this thread - http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=55712 - uses the Prism 2.5 chip.

Nice! And yeah, the C64 version of Lemmings is well worth it. A spot on conversion and the only 8-bit version of the game to feature all 100 Lemmings on the screen at the same time... when you consider the C64's 8 hardware sprite limit, it's damned impressive!
