Great idea! I'll keep fingers crossed for it. If You'd like to skip A4000 CPU connector, maybe at least You should leave soldering points for those, who would like to have and use classic accelerators. PCI slots could be used not only for voodoo, so I think, there should be at least three of them.

Black screen was with ram. Without ram - system booted, and cpu was seen as 060. And it's true, card without ram is rather useless. I hope it's all clear now. ps. If I'll find better PSU and some time, I'll try to boot it with ram (2x32 sticks).

If this would help to anyone: I've got two A1200 and made some tests: 1.D3 + Apollo 1240@40 - ok 1.D3 + Apollo 1260@50 - ok 1.D3 + MTec 1230@42 - ok 1.B + Apollo 1260@50 - ok (but without ram, with ram - there were probably problems with too weak PSU - system endend up on black screen) 1.B +...
