You are completely right on both counts - as nice as it is to even have the extra 4mb (of my 8mb) I'm going to remove the card and prevent any conflicts in the first place - that and it gives me an extra slot :) and yes would prefer to keep the 040 and fight the good fight in my search for...

Hi Guys - I have an A2500 - long story short - I have from 'right' to 'left' a GVP G-Force 040 w/16mb, Picasso IV, AD516, SupraRam2000 fully populated to 8mb. On power-up it's only showing 20mb total, 16mb on the 040, 4mb on the SupraRam2000. When I remove all but the SupraRam2000 I get 8mb -...
