Closed 2MB+ RAM and or accelerator Amiga 500+ Upgrade

Looking for 2MB or more RAM upgrade and or an accelerator for an Amiga 500+

Something that wont conflict with the A590. Looks like I missed out on Thomas's stuff. PM'd but no reply.

Also if anyone is selling an indivision ECS $70-$90 USD maybe interested depending on shipping

Have some RAM now Tom is awesome , still looking for a 60820 accelerator, doesn't need to have RAM just after the CPU

Bump, still on the hunt for an Amiga 500 accelerator card. Must be one out there somewhere hiding in a draw needing a new home? ;-)

I will advice you to buy an accelerator with its own FAST RAM. Other RAM expansions are always Zorro2, which is slower than local RAM in the accelerator itself.

Thanks Rkauer, that explains the issue with the VXL card. No fast ram on the card? A shame it should be quick?

Yes, it would be quicker. But memory is memory, slower or not.

Better to have some than none.

Noticed a slight boost using Tom's RAM upgrade. Was very impressed with his design, very skilled at what he does.

So many great things he could probably make. Ah well back to the hunt, was almost tempted to sell my A500 and go A1200 there's a rather tasty A1200 card for sale at the moment

Have a 500+ so don't need a 1MB chip RAM mod

Still on the hunt for an accelerator, just a 68020 with 512KB/1MB RAM as long as it is 32bit RAM and doesn't map to the 8MB limit will do.

Should make WHDLoad games a little more playable i.e. Kings quest enhanced, Space quest.
