I have bought the models for A600 case and for the A4000 keyboard case.

I am thinking of ordering a 3D print from JCLPCB as well.
Does someone has printed the A600 case so far?
I am thinking of the JLC Black Resin because they say it can sustain the heat up to 65°C, all the other resins are given for lower temps. Even with a not too hot accelerator in there, i usuall use SSD drives which also do heat a lot. And of course a black A600 would be nice.
I badly need an unbroken A600 case which can close normally.

PS: the A600 files include a plain trapdoor, but a vented one would be nice as well.

What would the price be for the A600 case? Would also like a new closing case for my a600.

Depends on the material. With this resin i am talking about, around 85 EUR.

Recently an issue was detected with one part of the model, its now sort of tested. The center part of Amiga 4000 keyboard is shifted, the special repair part is issued to fix already printed objects. Updates will be published on product page on CGTrader. Sorry for the inconvenience. The repair part itself is very simple, but somehow the same part from the initial part must be drilled and separated.

Regarding A600 case - its one of the best-fitting products, I printed it in FDM printer and used for a while for one of my motherboards.

I am ready to purchase this when it is ready. Looks Great!

A1000 case is ready and is preparing for the release

Now that i have already bought the existing A4000 keyboard case model, is it possible to have the updated model? I don't have ordered a print so far for this one, but as you say the A600 case is fine i will now order one from JLCPCB in black resin.

Yoy can download updated models from the same CGTrader page

Here is my project wish...a 3d printed Amiga 1000 styled case....but that is designed to sit on/snap onto an A500 bottom.

Floppy space should be good for a gotek...and not sure what else.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll check what I can do. Certainly, embedding an a500 into A1000 is a great idea (y)

What about a vented trapdoor for the A600 case? Is it available?

Hi again.
So JLCPCB has warned me about a possible warping on the lower part of the A600 case but i told them to proceed anyway.
However, i have just noticed that the top case has no location for the case badge. Was it not possible to include this in the model?

I will check with my designer. Seems like an issue.

Ok tell me if i should print it or not yet. The order is still pending and it is 143 EUR in total with shipping and customs.

I recommend to check publicly available models, they should be compatible.

Very cool! I am excited. Thank you!

Thanks for updating the A600 top case, but at cgtrader page it's not clear which files are updated and you can't download them all at once :-(

Apparently CGTrader has an API (https://www.cgtrader.com/developers) and once you get an API key you can write a script to dowload all files. I've asked ChatGPT to write a PowerShell script and here is what it generated:

# Define your access token
$accessToken = "YOUR_ACCESS_TOKEN"

# Set the base API URL
$apiBaseUrl = "https://api.cgtrader.com/v1"

# Get list of orders
$ordersResponse = Invoke-RestMethod -Uri "$apiBaseUrl/orders/" -Headers @{ Authorization = "Bearer $accessToken" }

# Iterate through each order
foreach ($order in $ordersResponse.orders) {
$orderId = $order.id

# Get order details
$orderDetails = Invoke-RestMethod -Uri "$apiBaseUrl/orders/$orderId" -Headers @{ Authorization = "Bearer $accessToken" }

foreach ($model in $orderDetails.models) {
$modelId = $model.id

# Get list of files for the model
$filesResponse = Invoke-RestMethod -Uri "$apiBaseUrl/models/$modelId/files" -Headers @{ Authorization = "Bearer $accessToken" }

foreach ($file in $filesResponse.files) {
$fileId = $file.id
$fileName = $file.file_name

# Download the file
$fileContent = Invoke-RestMethod -Uri "$apiBaseUrl/models/$modelId/files/$fileId" -Headers @{ Authorization = "Bearer $accessToken" }

# Save the file
$fileContent | Out-File -FilePath "C:\Downloads\$fileName" -Encoding byte
}
}
}

I'm waiting for my API key, so I haven't tested it yet...

The black resin A600 case has been printed and is being shipped from Hong Kong. I should have it by the end of the week.
Now i just need my mobo back from repairs.

So, UPS has delivered today the A600 case (while smaller stuff printed at the same time but shipped with cheaper carrier is still circling Hong Kong).

Here are pictures.

So this is the black resin. Fabric seems solid enough but i am not too impressed by the sanding.
There are a few issues as you can see and the case is not identical to the original one regarding the vents on the top case. Does that mean the case is smaller?
I can't put a mobo inside to check until it comes back from repairs in Finland.
JLCPCP warned that the letters around the LEDs were too small to be printed and they were right but is it no big deal. The AMIGA logo has less depth but is still well recognizable.
There is warping on the center of the lower part of the bottom case just as they warned about, but it may still close good once screwed together. Will the holes be ok to hold the screws i don't know.
Unfortunately, total price for the printing service including actual price + taxes + shipping is 143 EUR. That's more than the A1200.net cases but nowhere as good.
JLCPCP is still way cheaper than any other service available in Europe.
Will post updates once i have been able to put the whole computer together inside.

PS: you are looking at the only Amiga ever i have been using with a QWERTY keyboard. Usually for me french AZERTY or nothing.
