4 x 514256 ram chips

I've got an A2091 here I would like to populate. It is missing 4 chips - I already have 12 - it needs 16 all up. The RAM type is 514256. Not too fussed on the speed. Some A501's have them as well as other RAM expansions. If you can help that'd be great.

I'm not really sure the speed matters does it? I just want the RAM to "work". The board has some 80ns and 70ns now. I have 4 more 80ns to go in.
