There are two types of 040 -> 060 adapters "right" and "left", see bellow. "Left" (lower one) is more universal - can be installed in second version of Warp Engine cards.
The "right" type (from the top) cannot be installed in WarpEngine shown bellow.
Both can be installed in A3640.
