68060 Accelerator Card with Ram Expansion for the Amiga 4000

I am looking for an Accelerator Card for an Amiga 4000. I would like a 68040/68060 Card with Ram Expansion. I do not need to run OS 4 so the Power PC is not needed. Thanks James
