And a device that has been unused for 20 years is more likely to have bad caps as the caps need to be charged regularly to not develop leak currents which will cause it to overheat and possibly vent/leak when eventually powered up.
I'll vouch for the EOS VLT60-3000 as well which is also what I use in one of my Amiga PSUs. A modern ATX PSU is not good for Amiga usage since it is designed to have its main load on the 12V rail and is rather weak and noisy on the 5V rail.
An older ATX power supply optimized for 5 volt not the recent ones and a small resistor on the 5 volt line could be a cheap and effective solution. You could have luck and not need the resistor. On my A4000 I needed to put a small load on the 3.3 volt as well to get a stable psu with a more modern atx psu.
