I replied to the original PM that I received from Vabis stating that he would prefer a USA buyer and I replied that as UJP had said he had a USA address he should be considered 1st in line.

UJP failed to respond within a reasonable time so apolkosnik was then promoted to 1st in line.

The rules clearly state the following

Members you don't wish to trade with:

If at anytime you do not wish to trade with a fellow member who is next in line in your sale / trade thread, then you must contact a member of staff explaining why.​

As Vabis gave a valid reason I allowed him to proceed.

But I do agree that if a USA sale was preferred then this should have been clearly stated in post #1
