Probably bought them cheaply around 2000 when this was all considered trash.
Big box Amigas always held their value.

Maybe true nowadays but, I have witnessed a few A4000D's go on the cheap.Big box Amigas always held their value.
Even got one for free, but did a donation back for it.Maybe true nowadays but, I have witnessed a few A4000D's go on the cheap.
Nice machines, I can’t imagine selling mine, I leave the case open to keep thing a little coolerView attachment 2512996View attachment 2512995
These were mine, the first one went to Benny here in the Netherlands, the other one was sold and then sold on to someone in California USA.
They were both modified with Cyberstorms and othere cards like Picasso IV, Deneb and so on.
But sold with A3640 and A3630 and harddisk and CD/DVD drives.
I bought the first one for just 3 figures and the second one just over 4.
One of my biggest regrets was not hiring a storage container to stash stuff but, at that time my mind was elsewhere traveling and chasing tail - The things we do for love ;-)I bought my A4000T in 2005 when many had jumped ship to the other side, came with a Cyberstorm mk2 an Electronic Design flicker fixer and a Merlin graphics card. Was cheap as chips at the time.
Here's a link to the CF faceplate: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5980705I like that CF faceplate! Are the 3D files available?
I love my 4000T!
(Escom one of course, with BFG 100mHz, Picasso IV, Ariadne, AD516, BlueSCSI v2
Btw I know Steen from BBoAH used to have at least two Commodore 4000T. One was sold to Trevor Dickinson.
Trevor definitely has one. I'm sure he'd be interested in helping to scan and 3D print the original C= bezel/door as the hinges are very fragile and I'm sure he'd like a day to day replacement himself!Probably bought them cheaply around 2000 when this was all considered trash.
Ask Trevor then. Steen doesn’t have any today. Not sure who he sold the other one to.
Where would my Zip Drive go if I did that! Here's a link to the CF faceplate: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5980705

Here is video of Trevor's collection, but I don't see it here. Could be stored somewhere else.
You will never truly be finished upgrading!Hiya, Been an A4000T owner for 8 months now. Almost finished the upgrades and build. One thing I really need, is the floppy drive model number. I have misplaced my original drive from it when I had it completely disassembled... I know sod's law will dictate I find it the day after I buy it's replacement :-(.
