Test fitted my board into the Fractal Define 7 case which I received last week with most major components "installed" (ZZ9000/ReA4091/BFG9060). The main issue I have found is the board rests on the case metal flange at the front lower corner, so I need an insulating sheet sandwiched behind the board. Otherwise everything fits nicely.
I could have gone with the 7 XL case which is deeper F/A and has 2 optical drive bays, but it is just too big for my liking and limited space.
Seasonic PX450 Fanless (silent) PSU needs to go in as well as Cablemods custom sleeved Black/Blue cable kit to match the board/ZZ/4091/BFG color theme.
I wish I could fing Black PCB 72 Pin SIMM's.
Black Sony DVD drive NOS found on ebay for ~$20.
External Black Steel cased Gotek drive on backorder from retropassion.co.uk.
Tank mouse from Poland could take 2 months to arrive.
SUM USB keyboard adapter should be avaliable end of May.
Until then I will order a cheap PS2 keyboard & mouse from Amazon.
I also need to cut the blank metal IO shields I ordered to the 3D STL file dimensions.
Also need to order some Black IDE/SCSI cables.
Finally the ReA4091 controller will be moved up 1 slot to make the external SCSI connector more accessible to these "pickle" fingers of mine.
