That is correct. Essentially an A4k-CR in the ATX format.

But it also has the ability to use PC PS2 Keyboards and Mice, as well as a PC Floppy drive as a HD DF0.

And it supports 112MB Fast RAM onboard and Kickstart ROMs up to 4MB.

Unmodified PC 1.44MB floppy drive is treated as an 880kB Amiga DD DF0 floppy drive.
In order to use the floppy drive as 1.76MB HD drive, you would need to modify the floppy drive.
