Hi, fellow Amiga-enthusiasts,
I've decided to let go of my Apollo 4040.
The card comes in complete working order and is equipped with:
The card running at this speed is a waste (even with a 68060) because the Fast RAM will also be clocked at 47 MHz, as opposed to the current configuration, where it is clocked at double the CPU speed, i.e. 80 MHz. And RAM access speed is where the card shines (s. screenshots).
Should you care to retry the 68060 conversions, I include all necessary items:
I'd like 550 EUR (was 650, 600) for the whole bundle. The price includes worldwide shipping but excludes Paypal or any other fees. You may pay by Paypal Friends and Family, regular Paypal (if you cover the extra costs), or bank transfer to my German bank account.
One final note about the card:
It won't physically fit in an A3000 (the card is too high); thus, you will only be able to use it in the Amiga 4000 (desktop or tower).
I've decided to let go of my Apollo 4040.
The card comes in complete working order and is equipped with:
- 128 MB of carefully tested FPM PS/2 RAM
- Full XC68040HRC25 with MMU and FPU mask 00E31F) clocked at 40 MHz and running rock stable at this speed (s. PovRay screenshot)

Should you care to retry the 68060 conversions, I include all necessary items:
- My design of a remake of the 3.3 V voltage regulator that uses modern parts and supplies up to 3 Ampéres to the 68060
- The boot ROM that is necessary to get the 68060 started
