After fulfilling Umleag's and Twizzler's interest, I've got four cards left now. These can be configured as 68060 w/o CPU, 68040 w/o CPU, or 68040 with CPU and cooler as per your wishes. If one of the previously interested people steps up for a card, they have precedence.

After these last cards are gone, I won't take any orders for more BFG9060s.

A little heads-up for Mediator/Buddha IDE owners. My Buddha Gold was installed in the second to last Zorro slot while my X-Surf 100 was installed in the top Zorro slot.
After installing the BFG9060, I had a solid orange disk activity light and black screen. No activity on the CF-adapter either.

I moved the Buddha to the top Zorro slot and it started working. After rearranging the PCI-cards and X-surf, everything works without any issues.
