It is confirmed that this is NOT WORKING with elbox mediator because of IDSEL issue.

It may be working in one slot of Elbox Mediator TX because according to the manufacturer, it was modified to work with AGP cards. But I didn't test it as I don't have Elbox Mediator TX.
