Maybe you were just unlucky. I've had my set up for nearly 5 years now. ;)

Porbably!
I have a Kenwood MiniDisc headunit with 6 disc MP3 CD-Changer, but since my car died, I removed that and sold the car ..... need some new wheels to put this bugger in now.

I removed it a couple of weeks before the MoT of my car, because (now this is a surprise), the holding bracket that holds the head unit in place, decided to 'bend slightly' and the head unit vanished into the dash board! LOL

For obvious reasons, I had to remove the unit, as this was a security risk and an advert to any theif walking by!

I have a tiny little car. It's a 2008 Toyota Yaris. Gets nice mileage, and is zippy enough for me. I will post pictures of it later when I'm at home.

My old S-10 just hit 200,000 miles and I owned it for 12 years! It was time for a new one.

I bought a brand new 2010 Chevy Colorado last Thursday. It has a 5-Cylinder Engine, Crew Cab and 4-Wheel Drive.

This picture is of a truck that looks exactly like mine:

That looks like a fun car to drive. :)

I would have bought a car but I have an enclosed trailer for my motorcycle and I needed something that could pull it. My old 4-Cylinder S-10 could barely pull it. I also like sitting higher in a vehicle and a truck is easier to get in and out of.

Fun to drive yes! Was pretty quick to 100mph as well

Thing used to corner at over 1G but the semislick tyres never used to last long :wooha:

Wasn't fun on my wallet though

My car is a 2009 VW Caddy, it's a lease car from my boss, but the best thing is that I only pay the montly cost of 180 euro's.
- Not paying for fuel
- Not paying for repairs
- Not paying for road taxes
- Problems ? just call for pickup 24/7

And I can drive everywhere I want to.
It has cruise control, airco and it's a TDI, so good enough for me.

Might not be as fun as owning a car of my own, but far less expensive that's for sure.
