Everything that you don't want from a seller. (Feedback explanation)
I'm thinking this thread is going to be remembered, at least from me, then I want to explain why I've given my negative feedback.
I was very interested on these products because I'm assembling a ReAmiga 1200.
I'm going to post everything that happened in chronological order.
1st .- Declaring Interest delay (6 days):
I've declared my interest on this articles on May 21th 2023 to the seller Daloway in the public thread.
I've contacted admins in May 25th because I was sending messages to the seller every two days but there was not any answer. Admins sent messages to ask him about the delay this day.
@daloway answer my the declaring interest in the thread on May 27th (2 days after) on the public thread,
Daloway asks me in PM for my address to calculate the cost of the shipment. Never knew what was the problem because I was looking every day if he was connected and he was connected 6 of every 7 days at week in this three weeks of transaction.
2nd .- Payment change:
On May 31th 2023 (four days after) Daloway answers me the transport price from Poland to Paris/France and
I ask him to protect in the best way the package and I can pay more if it is necessary (
this will be important for the end of the feedback).
The same day 31th May, I send a message with the calculation of the total price (price + transport + 4% fees Paypal),
The next day, 1st June, he answers me and agrees the price and I pay him via Paypal the total price. In the payment PayPal changes the price from €uro to PLN and it sends the quantity.
Immediatelly, the same day June 1st (
there is not delay when the topic is to receive money), he rejects the payment and says me that the money is blocked in his paypal account due to it is in PLN. He has already sent back a paypal "request for money" for the same quantity in €uro. Strange behavior but I want his products, I accept the request and I pay him again after to verify that he has sent back the first amount in PLN to me.
3th .- After payment delay to ship (11 days):
I payed him on June 1st. As I said, I was looking every day if daloway has been connected and, he was connected practically every single day.
On Sunday June 4th (delaying three days without any news), I ask him when he is going to send the package, the same day he answers me that he is going to send me the package in the next day or next one (next Monday or Tuesday),
On Thursday June 8th (delaying four days more without shipment news), I ask him again in PM for news and he answers me that all is already packaged but
he has two days off and he is going to delay three days more, until Satuday 10th. Weird behavior again but I cannot do anything, I can just wait his messages.
On Sunday 11th, (delaying 3 days more again without any message), I've contacted admins again informing them that I'm going to ask Paypal to rollback the payment if I have not any shipment information from the seller before Tuesday 13th.
On Monday 12th (11 days after payment without shipment information, delaying again and again) and, again without any message, in the morning I write in the public thread that daloway is not answering me after 11 days after payment, another admin asks me in the public thread if I'm contacting with him in PM and I explain to the admin in another PM all the details and steps I did until this moment (for the reader: the steps you are reading here) and the admins take protective messures through daloways's account and
admins write one harsh message in this public thread to force him to answer.
Effectivelly, in the night
@daloway answers me in this public thread saying that I'm lying and we were
exchanging messages every two days. Dear
@daloway , "exchange messages" means to answer them, not just to read them, you answered me just two or three messages in our whole discussion and I don't know yet why you were delaying again and again your answers, but from the moment I payed you and you were delaying again and again I began to not trust you anything that you said and I gave rights to admins to read my private messages to you if necessary because I had not anything to hide.
The last thing I want to mention here is that,
you were forced to send the package to me due to the actions taken by admins!!
That's the truth and, to avoid problems I was informing admins about all from the begining to protect me, and to protect others on this comunity. I hope all people will learn from all of this, we never know who is in the other side

4th .- and now THE WORST PART OF THIS HISTORY, THE PACKAGE.
You sent the package to me in the worst conditions that anyone can send anything in this community, may be this post will help people to understand what happened to me.
You were selling these products in this public thread as "2x packages of
NEW AMIGA BOX + NEW KEYBOARD". I asked you to protect the package and you asked me for 55€ to send them to me and,
YOU JUST PROTECT MY NEW AMIGA BOX WITH A PLASTIC ???.
It is not necessary to know that, without "any protection", without any external box, the Amiga box should suffer the shocks in the trip, or
you did in porpose because I was chasing you all the time?" I want to know why you did this!

And of course, without any protection, what we could expect from the trip to my "new amiga box"? Exactly!! damages everywhere.

IT IS FLEXED, IT IS CURVED, the aluminium plate seems to not have any shock, then: "can you explain why the keyboard is flexed"?
It was already flexed before you shipped it to me or it has been shock on the trip?
At this moment I don't know if the keyboard works, I will test it when I will assemble my Reamiga but if it doesn't work, I'll be back, I promise!!

@daloway, I'm not going to return you back the items because I don't want to lose all my money. I'm not going to thank you yet because you did
Everything that we don't want from a seller and may be you did it in purpose because I chased you (that is worst). I'm not going to do anything more because I did enough waiting you for a lot of days, trusting you, and you disapointed me and because I wait for your answer here publically, some excuses and a compensation.
Now, I'm sure that your feedback to me will be negative, but it doesn't matter to me. The only thing that is important is what others from this community think about us, and you have more to lose than me.
In the last sentence, I want only to thanks to all admins that support and helped me. It's necessary to maintain free of cheaters this community.
