Admins are updated from days ago and they know what happens.

Everything that you don't want from a seller. (Feedback explanation)

I'm thinking this thread is going to be remembered, at least from me, then I want to explain why I've given my negative feedback.
I was very interested on these products because I'm assembling a ReAmiga 1200.
I'm going to post everything that happened in chronological order.

1st .- Declaring Interest delay (6 days):
I've declared my interest on this articles on May 21th 2023 to the seller Daloway in the public thread.
I've contacted admins in May 25th because I was sending messages to the seller every two days but there was not any answer. Admins sent messages to ask him about the delay this day.
@daloway answer my the declaring interest in the thread on May 27th (2 days after) on the public thread,
Daloway asks me in PM for my address to calculate the cost of the shipment. Never knew what was the problem because I was looking every day if he was connected and he was connected 6 of every 7 days at week in this three weeks of transaction.

2nd .- Payment change:
On May 31th 2023 (four days after) Daloway answers me the transport price from Poland to Paris/France and I ask him to protect in the best way the package and I can pay more if it is necessary (this will be important for the end of the feedback).
The same day 31th May, I send a message with the calculation of the total price (price + transport + 4% fees Paypal),
The next day, 1st June, he answers me and agrees the price and I pay him via Paypal the total price. In the payment PayPal changes the price from €uro to PLN and it sends the quantity.
Immediatelly, the same day June 1st (there is not delay when the topic is to receive money), he rejects the payment and says me that the money is blocked in his paypal account due to it is in PLN. He has already sent back a paypal "request for money" for the same quantity in €uro. Strange behavior but I want his products, I accept the request and I pay him again after to verify that he has sent back the first amount in PLN to me.

3th .- After payment delay to ship (11 days):
I payed him on June 1st. As I said, I was looking every day if daloway has been connected and, he was connected practically every single day.
On Sunday June 4th (delaying three days without any news), I ask him when he is going to send the package, the same day he answers me that he is going to send me the package in the next day or next one (next Monday or Tuesday),
On Thursday June 8th (delaying four days more without shipment news), I ask him again in PM for news and he answers me that all is already packaged but he has two days off and he is going to delay three days more, until Satuday 10th. Weird behavior again but I cannot do anything, I can just wait his messages.
On Sunday 11th, (delaying 3 days more again without any message), I've contacted admins again informing them that I'm going to ask Paypal to rollback the payment if I have not any shipment information from the seller before Tuesday 13th.
On Monday 12th (11 days after payment without shipment information, delaying again and again) and, again without any message, in the morning I write in the public thread that daloway is not answering me after 11 days after payment, another admin asks me in the public thread if I'm contacting with him in PM and I explain to the admin in another PM all the details and steps I did until this moment (for the reader: the steps you are reading here) and the admins take protective messures through daloways's account and admins write one harsh message in this public thread to force him to answer.
Effectivelly, in the night @daloway answers me in this public thread saying that I'm lying and we were exchanging messages every two days. Dear @daloway , "exchange messages" means to answer them, not just to read them, you answered me just two or three messages in our whole discussion and I don't know yet why you were delaying again and again your answers, but from the moment I payed you and you were delaying again and again I began to not trust you anything that you said and I gave rights to admins to read my private messages to you if necessary because I had not anything to hide.
The last thing I want to mention here is that, you were forced to send the package to me due to the actions taken by admins!! That's the truth and, to avoid problems I was informing admins about all from the begining to protect me, and to protect others on this comunity. I hope all people will learn from all of this, we never know who is in the other side.

4th .- and now THE WORST PART OF THIS HISTORY, THE PACKAGE.
You sent the package to me in the worst conditions that anyone can send anything in this community
, may be this post will help people to understand what happened to me.
You were selling these products in this public thread as "2x packages of NEW AMIGA BOX + NEW KEYBOARD". I asked you to protect the package and you asked me for 55€ to send them to me and, YOU JUST PROTECT MY NEW AMIGA BOX WITH A PLASTIC ???.
It is not necessary to know that, without "any protection", without any external box, the Amiga box should suffer the shocks in the trip, or you did in porpose because I was chasing you all the time?" I want to know why you did this!

And of course, without any protection, what we could expect from the trip to my "new amiga box"? Exactly!! damages everywhere.

Exactly, keyboard seemed new on your pictures but now IT IS FLEXED, IT IS CURVED, the aluminium plate seems to not have any shock, then: "can you explain why the keyboard is flexed"? It was already flexed before you shipped it to me or it has been shock on the trip?
At this moment I don't know if the keyboard works, I will test it when I will assemble my Reamiga but if it doesn't work, I'll be back, I promise!!

Anyway @daloway, I'm not going to return you back the items because I don't want to lose all my money. I'm not going to thank you yet because you did Everything that we don't want from a seller and may be you did it in purpose because I chased you (that is worst). I'm not going to do anything more because I did enough waiting you for a lot of days, trusting you, and you disapointed me and because I wait for your answer here publically, some excuses and a compensation.

Now, I'm sure that your feedback to me will be negative, but it doesn't matter to me. The only thing that is important is what others from this community think about us, and you have more to lose than me.

In the last sentence, I want only to thanks to all admins that support and helped me. It's necessary to maintain free of cheaters this community.

Damn shame to ship a box like that. And that keyboard had to be bent already. If that happened during transport than the box would be in much worse state.
 
Just to add. Retaliatory feedback from daloway is not allowed under our rules if the seller is deemed at fault and can result in sanctions on the sellers account.

Feedback has to be clear and truthful .
Revenge feedback will not be tolerated if received.
 
@ Main I am user for more than 10 years on this forum and never had these kind of problems.

I understand you are not happy with items you bought. I am really sorry.

On the other hand you put a lot of effort to compromise me. Instead you could just ask for refund. Parcel was insured anyway.

I am not profesional seller. I don’t run company to handle everything.

I am sending items as fast as I can. You are right I probably could send everything earlier, but I kept you posted that there were more important things for me at that moment. Compare my feedback status to yours BTW

Keyboard was buble - wrapped but I don’t see photo of that fact. It was flexed during delivery (I have photos of that fact) but It doesn’t matter at this moment.

Please pack everything and send it back. Payment will be transferred back to your account tomorrow.
Proof will be posted ASAP.
 
FACTS:
1.- You sent me the Amiga box unprotected but I agreed to pay you to protect it well, but you didn't. Why? Answer my question.
2.- It's impossible to bend the aluminium plate in that way during the trip without more worst damages in the Amiga box, a lot of more. You sent me this keyboard already bent, right? I'm completely sure.
Do you want the photo of the keyboard bubble wrapped? Ok, here is the photo, but, do you mean that the keyboard was well or bad protected? Because, If you are saying that the keyboard was well protected, it means that you are confirming that the keyboard WAS ALREADY BENT before the trip? But sorry, it is not a question, it is a fact, the box was not damaged as the keyboard needs to be BENT as in the picture. The only way to bend the keyboard in that way was that the keyboard was already bent before the trip!!!

1.- Sorry @daloway, Which is my problem? My problem is that I'm not "happy" with the items I bought? It is only my "easy" problem?
Oh man, enlight me!! it is so easy for me, or it is easy to you if I send back the package to you, you refund me the money and the problem is finished? And what happens with all the things that have happened during this month and all the time that I have lost?
No man, I'm not going to send back the items to you. Absolutely not. My problem is that you have not sent the items that you were selling and I payed for, and this... this is only "your problem" and I don't accept your proposal because is not the good solution for me, it is only a good solution for you.

2.- Did I put a lot of effort to compromise you? I could just ask for a refund? You are not professional seller and you don't owns a company?
You were the one that was selling these items!! You were committed at the moment that you announced them. It was your responsability to sell and send the things as you announced!!. If you are not a profesional, you had time to learn because as you say, you have been already 10 years in the site!! It is not your first day!!

3.- I was so happy being in the list of the items you were announcing in the thread but now, I'm not happy with the items that you has sent to me. You are the only one responsible of the things that have happened, the only one that has broken our commitment and the only one that has created this problem, try another better solution.

4.- But the best of all at this moment is that I understand from your words what was happening and why you were delaying your answers to me, it was just because you didn't want to sell them, right? This is why you were not answering me, you wanted that I cancel my interest to avoid another problems, but what? Can you answer me? May be because the items you had were not the ones that you announced and you were forced to send anything by the admins' messages? Please explain this and refute my theory. Thank you.

Anyway, I hope that you will find "another better solution to this problem".

Keyboard was taken out from NOS Amiga 1200. It wasn’t flexed before delivery. So all of your theories are false
Why didn’t you show buble - wrapped keyboard photo in you first post? I could say that you flexed it.
Photos below. Everything is explained now but it doesn’t matter as THE JUDGMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN GIVEN.

@Main does your unboxing ( unedited ) video show you removing the flexed keyboard?

No cuts or edits. From black plastic wrap to keyboard in hand ?? If not can you explain why when you went to the trouble of an unboxing record.
