I do not doubt the quality of the product in any way. Although your Amiga is a PAL model, it is plugged (most probably through a transformer) into a 110VAC 60Hz outlet. My understanding, nor your understanding neither is relevant when we lack the design of the circuit. From my communications with the person who is selling this product, it is relevant as he mentioned. It uses a PIC (PIC16F628A) that requires code to enable 60Hz. This is a lovely bit of hardware and possibly the best design I've seen for these ATX adapters.

Daniel
Ok, but is that in PAL land as "in European current" or as "in PAL mobo" ?Original A2000 PSU generates square wave TICK signal 50Hz in PAL land, 60Hz in NTSC land. Modern ATX PSU does not provide clock signal.
Thanks for your post. I have many Amigas as I preserve them in my spare time. That is, I repair/restore/upgrade them to be sold to the right owner in an attempt to preserve this amazing machine. I prefer to add these ATX adapters over grabbing the "tick" signal from the motherboard as it provides better curb appeal and potential reliability.I do not doubt the quality of the product in any way. Hi, Yes still available. I can post to the USA. Recently I acquired A1000 NTSC motherboard and I am using Meanwell RT-125A plus my 60Hz TICK generator. It works fine as far as I can test. I am awaiting for some feedback from SnowCrash .I'm interested in one of these assuming there are some available and able to be shipped to the US. Did the 60hz ever end up getting tested? Thank you!
OK great, should I just PM you my info and you'll send me the payment details? Thanks again.Hi, Yes still available. I can post to the USA.
