I am not sure it's an "issue" or just the way the system currently works. When purchased together from the same seller 1 entry of feedback would be all that's required.

@davideo, @comraider or @Moggsie will be better equipt to answer this question.

Agreed with @Watson, this isn't really a problem as this situation is quite rare, and the chances of having one good and one bad experience from the same seller+product is even rarer. But if it happens, just let a member of staff know and we can manually override it.
