Amiga 4000 Freeze

My Amiga 4000 freeze after using 10 minutes, then it wont reboot again until I wait unpluged power for 5 minutes

does anyone any idea, my Config is

Might be Gals overheating in A3640, see my upgrade thread:

We're these changed when the upgrade was done?

You could try clocking it back to 25mhz and see if its stable then, or put a fan on the Gals.

If you have a good read through the thread d0pefish explains exactly what he done to fix the problems.

But he could make it stable with a fan over it, of course that was just a measure to fault find and rule out other issues.

Clocking down if you have oscillator in a socket would be the first thing to do, you could try heat sinks though.

Definitely a Fan over the over-clocked 040 before you try anything else. Keep the lid of the Miggy too & get a Temp Sensor on it if you can. Check for heat sources with it in all locations but I bet your 040 is over-heating for sure.
