Amiga 600 trap door memory not recognized

Hi I have a Amiga 600 with 3.1 rom with a HD. The issue that I have is that the A600 will not recognize the addition 1mb of Chip Ram on the A601 in the trap door. I tested the A601 in another A600 and it works find and even ran a memory test on it and it all checked out good. I do not see any of the tracers being corroded or damaged. It was recapped, the machine works great and passes all the test etc. but it will not bring up 2mb of chip ram. Any idea what may be causing this issue or a direction to look..

Have you tried another memory expansion to exclude or check if your board is picky regarding your chipram expansion ?

Yes I did test it with another expansion card there was no difference and I just found the problem, leg 11 on the U27 had a broken tracer going to it Why ??? It is good to go
