So this is a test of the latest feature request. This makes a change so the drive tray is fastened from the inside of the case. The main advantage of this is that you don’t need to remove your front cover to take the drives out. Just remove the two screws which are now on the inside, pull back the tray to release it from the clip in the bottom of the case and then lift out.

This would be possible but would take quite a bit of work as all the parts would need to be sanded or sand blasted before they could be painted or the paint will not stick properly to the galvanised steel. Cost to paint the full case base and parts would be £100, let me know if you want this doing.

I am planning to powdercoat the whole thing like I did my A2000 build
