Sorry to hijack your thread, but...I can vouch for this model power supply in my A500. Its been running for hours with a hot and hungry SCSI drive on a supradrive 500XP and the power supply case is hardly even warm. My original A500 (heavy version) power supply gets quite hot with this config system.

Its a good choice especially for an upgraded 500, and no doubt an upgraded 1200.
