Are you also making A600 to USB cable adapters? Would be interested in 2 if so.

I make A600 compatible adapter with PS2 connector only, because in PS2 socket I have enogh space to put the converter IC in. Only if I could find USB socket connector with enough space it would be possible.

Would it be possible to perhaps put something in the middle of the cable, similar to this? Would that work?

Could I declare interest on the following please: -

4x NEW2:Adapter with A600 compatible connector and USB mouse connector now available. Price is 23,5 € + shipping.

On your other post I would also like to declare interest in the following: -

4x RGB to VGA cables with huge interference filters.

The cables would for use on 2x A1200, 1x A600, 1x CD32 and for a NEC EA190M Monitor or Samsung P2270HD, I have both and I know the cables will work with the NEC EA190M, but have a Samsung P2270HD which I was wanting to test.

I'd like the RGB end of the cables to have the correct sized casing with both screws present so that I could have the option of screwing the cable into the Amiga's should I want to.

I wasn't sure which of the options this was however or whether all of the casing do this, if that is the case I would like the metal casings on all the RGB cables.

I have declared interest on the RGB to VGA thread also.

Cables have arrived, and working wonderfully well, extremely well made thank you very much!

UPDATE: I can now also wire the adapters to work for ATARI ST if needed. A600 compatible adapter is perfect for STE and STFM as it will fit nicely and will not block the joystick port.

SMALL UPDATE: I improved the design of the PS2-Mouse adaoter with A600 compatible connctor and usb connector for ps2 compatible mice. Photo on first post updated accordingly.

Interest expressed in A600 compatible connector to PS2 adapter.

PM sent.

Recently I built myself an Amiga PS2 Mouse adapter - my idea was to build it in the form of an extension cable. I managed to integrate the converter right into the cable - this approarch, in my opinion, is much more convenient (for plugging and use), than the regular adapters.

The converter itself does standard mouse functions - smooth movement, and mouse buttons. Middle button supported, but mouse wheel not.
Among recently selling mice for example Genius DX-110, DX-120, Netscroll 100 work well with the adapters.

Cable can come with either PS2 connector or USB connector. For USB mice, they must support PS2 protocol (these are sold as USB/PS2 combo mice).

Price for the cable adapter is 18,5 € + shipping (Paypal gift /or buyer pays fees or SEPA banktransfer)

Photos (click to enlarge):

1) Is the Genius DX-110 USB version a PS2 protocol mouse?
2) Are versions ST OR Amiga or toggle-able??
