What's the difference between these two adapters? Is the second one buffered? Is the difference only aesthetic? Do you have any photos?

Adapter with sync switch does not have any circuit providing buffering or signal filtering.
Photo of the VLR adapter I will update later.

I get the difference with the Sync Switch version, but I was referring to this one:

- 17,5 €, Adapter with RGB amp. buffered (VLR - Vertical Line Remover)

versus the "PCB based covered in black tube" version.

I just rearanged the list to be more clear.
The Adapter with RGB amplifier (sometimes called VLR - because it helps to eliminate vertical lines that may appear on some monitors such as Dell) is is realized on PCB and comes covered in Black tube.
