Closed Apollo 1260 ROM

I'm looking for an Apollo 1260 ROM (latest version). I have an Apollo 1240 and purchased a 68060 to upgrade my 68040. I have the VRM, and a 32MB SIMM mod and I swear that I had read that the ROM was not required to be changed. So in preparation I read the John Hertell 1240 > 1260 upgrade and saw where he says I do need to upgrade the ROM.
