I sell here my Apollo 4060.
The CPU is a NOS XC68060RC50 Rev.5
The Fastram are 128Mb.
The 3 Mach Chips are on the PCB soldered for no Contact Problems.
The 4 74ACT Chips change for faster 74FCT Chips.
At the moment it works great with 50Mhz.
With a Rev.6 CPU is 80Mhz no Problem.

I need 1000€ Paypal as Gift + 15€ shipping in EU. For Worldwide shipping please ask me.

What are the real benefit to swap 74act to 74fct?
Have you try this card at 100mhz?
You have also a 32nm 68060 cpu??

The 74FCT are better for overclocking.
For 100Mhz you must have a 100Mhz Crystal and fast RAM.
That is not to easy to find a combination that work at the Apollo 4060.
I sell here the Card with a Rev.5 060. I have a Rev.6 060 but I need it for my other Cards.

Crystal is easy to find. I have a very recent single simm 128mb 50ns that is for sure one if the fastest 72pin simm. This card accept a single 128mb simm? tnks

I have 4 50ns 32Mb Doubleside Edo RAMs but that not working on the Apollo 4060. This Rams here are 60ns and works great.

Hi There.
Not sure if that PM lead to a sale or not.
My question is ...... As a Standard Amiga 4000 Owner 4000/040@25Mhz
Is this as easy as pulling out the A3640 and installing it in place? Is that all that's required? Hardware wise?

What about software wise? I use OS3.9, is it plug and play or going to need something special to get it going.

It's as plug in and play as it gets in the Amiga world: add the 68060 library to DH0:Libs, turn off, take the old cpu card out, change a couple of jumpers on the motherboard, drop the new card in, cross fingers, turn back on again.

Its very quiet, no answer here or to the PM.... likely I'm too impatient as I'm moving closer to thinking, yeah i want this.

General question for others who own this and from a guy who has never had anything beyond the stock A4000. When you come across a game, or demo that actually says, this won't work on an 060, is there a software solution, or boot disc as such which boot it into a more generic slowed down CPU (sounds stupid i know, but i mean something like ... relokick for when games didn't like newer kick roms). I wonder how people handle those incompatabilities get around this as obviouly, removing an entire CPU card to play some old 1990 demo is NOT ideal, and not everything is WHDload'd.

I am in Contact with AlicePPC. He need to buy the Card.
I have send you a Pm IvanEBC.
