atari 2600 composite output cable

I remember seeing these on the other bay from time to time.

Does anybody know how to output composite video and audio from an atari 2600 without modifying the actual console?

Is there a cable that can be made that will do the job?

So I basically want to go from the coax output to composite input on my tv.

From (distant) memory, getting composite out from the 2600 isnt possible without adding several components, simply because the signal does not exist in the console.

Cheapest (low quality) solution: use a VCR to do the job (coax in, composite out).
