DON'T BUY ANY ITEMS FROM THIS SELLER.

While we tried to negotiate, he offered to buy the card outside ebay to avoid fees. I saw that he has good feedback so i thought why not. We made an agreement on price and i paid via paypal f&f (which was fatal mistake). He gave a tracking number, seemed to be fine, the package arrived in my town BUT, post don't give it to me since all credentials are not mine (name,adress,phone number). I tried reaching out him but he didn't answer (ebay messages/email). I made new ebay account just to bait check if he will answer and he did answer instantly and after i mentioned that im THAT guy he disappeared. I do know that's my fault and just want make you to know. Lesson learned, stay away from this guy!

File a PayPal complaint and give them all the information on both the scanner and incident.

Hopefully, they will refund your money but don't expect a miracle from them.

I did, also reported on ebay. But i don't think paypal will return money since i paid as F&F. Or there were stories that ended good?

Yeah, when you pay F&F you are explicitly waiving all rights to buyer protection, it would have definitely mentioned that on the page when you choose the option. Unless you paid via credit card or something similar where you can perform a seperate chargeback outside of paypal that money is gone.

He sent via local post (i guess). My zip is LT-92108

Here is what he wrote when sent package:

@aaronkatrini i have exactly the same problem. I bought something on eBATY from his store, recieved the goods. After he messaged me on eBAY chat if i am interested on something else and i told him about VooDoo 4. If i can send you the tracking number..maybe you can help somehow, will be GREATLY appreciated!
He proposed to me to make the transaction outside eBAY, and explicity asked to pay like F&F..final results was the same like for @Frenzymullet

I sent him numerous emails, messages o eBAY but no answer. i asked him to return my money and do the deal at least on eBAY.

I hope something bad will happened to him because i worked a lot for those money..410 EUR

It says the package was sent back from Romania to Italy according to Romanian Post (maybe deliver address issue?) and then Italian Post is saying the package was in transit 14 May (almost a month ago). I think it went from Italy to Romania, not delivered and then sent back to Italy, but held in customs for a long time.

How the f.. someone can ship a high value item with Postal office is beyond my imagination.

While there is still a slim chance the package might get delivered back to the sender, still not answering is a very bad behavior. I'll keep you posted if I have more news.

He is putting wrong name, phone number etc, courier is not finding the right person and they are returning the package. When i saw that the package was returned i called the courier and they told me that they called, that person said that is not expecting any package from Italy, it is a mistake - return. He did the same with me and @Frenzymullet
 
At first I thought it was a honest mistake, but if happened twice that I don't think is a coincidence. I still would like to have an answer from Darricovero in private. Will update when I have news.
