I have a BROKEN/FAULTY/NON WORKING, HP NC6210 laptop here for sale if anyone is interested.
Details:
It does not power on at all. My other Compaq/HP PSU just trips when connected.
The screen is broken.
Some screws missing from the lid area and inside the lid for the screen
Marks on the lid
No hard drive or the caddy thing for it. It must be some sort of frame that the hard disk sits in as the connector is not standard.
There is a 512MB memory chip installed
DVD ROM/CDRW drive installed

Ok, now this laptop has been got at by our workshop clown so what has happened to it I just don't know. I do know this was in regular use up until it got broken. It has to be at least 5 years old, maybe more? I don't know the CPU in it, it just says Intel Centrino on the sticker on the palm rest. I have to say, it is overall in good condition and I can't see any liquid damage when I took the keyboard out.
I am asking £10 for it. It has to be worth it just for the mainboard (Hmmm, if that is working???) or the DVD ROM, memory and battery. Would prefer collection from East Sussex if you are local, or at a pinch I could meet on the south side of the M25 motorway at one of the junctions (Jct 14 to Jct 1) or somewhere along the M20, M2, M27...This is not me just trying to be awkward, but I won't have the time to meet off the motorway network. But please if you are interested let me know if you can collect or want to meet. I don't really want to post as it's just not economic for what it is.
