I am selling a fully working BSC Oktagon 508 SCSI Controller for the A500/A500+. It comes with 4 mb fastram installed (can be upgraded to 8 mb).

Sorry, no hard disk included, but tested with a Quantum LP105S and Quantum LP240S (as written, not included).

• does not use DMA but interrupt driven programmed I/O
• 50 pin internal SCSI header
• DB25 external SCSI connector
• place for a 3.5" hard disk inside the case
• connects to the side expansion port
• autoboot ROM (oktagon.device) - autobooting requires at least Kickstart 1.3
• ROM versions less than 6.5 may have problems with removable media devices
• RDB compatible
• delivered with A.L.F. driver software
• A-Max II driver
• supported by Linux
• no passthrough connector
• sixteen ZIP sockets accept 8 MB RAM
• supports either static column or page mode 1M×4 ZIPs
• accepts ZIPs in groups of four giving 2, 4, 6, 8 MB configurations
• RAM and hard disk can be disabled separately by switches at the back of the case
• connector for the optional external power supply, though it can use power from the A500
