Hi Folks!

Over the weekend whist I was at Revival my CD32 Motherboard was delivered fully re-capped so yesterday whilst rebuilding this lovely CD32 I took some pics, which of course I'm going to share with my Ami-Friends

So here is the Motherboard after unpacking, as always mjnurney has done a wonderful job.

And with the shield removed, this will be discarded as I'm fitting my Indivision AGA MkII, as you can see Mike has also desoldered the RF modulator for me so that I can mount the HDMI adapter here:

Here is the Indivision in place:

Kipper2k's HDMI adapter is a perfect fit

Here she is inside the bottom case with my SX32 connected. The SX32 clears the Indivision no problem but the connector on the Indivision does get in the way a little...

My SX32 has 8mb Fast Ram and 2gb CF card on the internal IDE.

As you can see, the case closed - no problem!

Rear ports on the SX32:

First boot the SX32 wasn't detected, but nice to see the splash screen

After all connectors cleaned she's booting up just fine

I'm using an AT PSU with Amigakit's adapter, for the Keyboard I'm using a Lyra adapter.

I'm running Classic Workbench Full with mfilos' Magic Workbench Icons in SuperPlus 800x600 via the Indivision :ninja:

I like the way you can customise the title bar with Scalos

And of course WHDLoad installed

Beautiful clear image over HDMI on my TV:

I'm running the original Indivision Core so my image is to the right slightly but does not bother me, the image is otherwise perfect

Thanks for looking :)

I've thought about a CD32 a few times, but I wouldnt do it unless I could get my paws on an SX32. Very nice indeed Steve!

The setup I always wanted. Jealous.... :overactor:

Looking pretty awesome gotta say

Thanks again!

@Gouldin, it's still your old CD32 by the way

well, glad it went to a good home  that keyboard and lyra adaptor look familiar

I want that setup, thanks!

Is the HDMI port just hot glued, or?

It's fixed with a double sided sticky pad :)

There are also screw holes for a more secure fixing.

Nice setup, it is looking good with that Indivision.
May i ask why you did not update th indivision?
Also please replace those flags on your keyboard with some balls.
You might confuse the poor Amiga with those keys.;)

Awesome! I'm really loving having a CD32 again .... Deluxe Galaga AGA and Super Stardust w00t! But yeah, your setup is just bloody awesome!

Holly Molly... HDMI adapter? Where TF is that? Steve, please tell me more info. You need also an Indivision AGA too?

I have problems with SVideo -> SCART converter in my TV, so an HDMI output will probably solve my problem. Is that right?

EDIT: Ah, just seen the photos thoroughly, you need an Indy AGA... Nevertheless, how's HDMI signal then?

The new Core does not support SuperPlus (AFAIK) which is my preferred Workbench Screenmode, as you can see it is perfect on this TV.

Native modes work just fine so I saw no need to mess with the new Core until at least it's out of Beta stages

Yes indeed it's a HDMI adapter from the Indivision AGA MkII, so of course you need the MkII. Kipper2k sells the HDMI adapters or you can just use a DVI-HDMI adapter, of course that would not fit inside the CD32 so Kippers solution is perfect :coffee:

Thanks, nice setup by the way. On the other hand, do you have to configure the Indy on CD32 like on an A1200, or you just connect and play?

Depends on your TV, some like mine support the default Core others need the beta core and some fine tuning :)

OK, how did you get the titlebar skinned with the Amiga tick?

I really can't work this one out..! :what:
