Update: I doubled clicked on the drive in HDINSTTOOLS and it said it will Automatically install it. I said yes and it did its stuff then said it will install WB so i cancelled and then it told me to remove floppy disks and reboot.
I did that and rebooted and whilst booting up the light on the ID/CF adapter flashed.
WB loaded up but still no CF drive on the desktop
BUT now whenever i click on my hard drive folders or whatever the light on the CF adapter flashes with the activity.... How strange is that ?

New updated:
I formatted the partition again after last update and saved the changes on both drives and rebooted and it seems to be working correctly now.
Remember most CF cards are HARDWIRED as master. The jumper on the CF2IDE tries to force it to slave mode, but often this is overruled by the CF card itself.
Industrial CF's have software/tools to change between master/slave, but they are very expensive. Try to keep using the CF as master (on the second chain?), or have a look at the TrueIDE interface. (http://icomp.de/products/trueide_e.htm)
Everything is working good now. The master cf (8gb) is my main hdd and the slave CF 1gb as my removable for transfers between Amiga and pc. Shame it's not hot swappable like PCMCIA.
