CF from a1200 does not boot on A3660

I just got an a3660 board from tbtorro. Works great with 3.1.4 on a4000, however when I try to use my A1200 CF card, it does not boot at all. I assume, the reason is with libs, or something else?
Can you guys tell me, which libs version from aminet I need to add to folder on CF? Does it matter if card has mmu/fpu?
