If I use this cable on a C64, is the video signal on the scart connector just the standard Video signal, or is it an actual RGB signal? In other words, if I connect the C64 to a Sony PVM which only has RGB input, will I be able to get output?

If you connect the cable and use the C64 you can have the S-video connection (luma+Croma) on a 4pin mini din connector instead of the CVBS connection on SCART (in C64 mode)

The C64 does not have RGB output :)
