I suggest you contact the @mods Jim, they have ways of dealing with these situations.

Beside cheating, there could be a number of other reasons why your drive hasn't been shipped. Maybe the seller has fallen ill, or has acute family problems etc.. Let the moderators step in and try to help you.

I completely agree that it could be some sort of family issue, personal illness, etc. That is why I have asked if anyone here knows this person and has had contact with him.
