@byeni

PM sent!

First post updated with order status. Everblue cancelled his interest, and still waiting to hear back from Merlin and kaini (let me know if the PM has not reached you).

@ ajk

Sorry for the delay,at the moment my 1541-II is dead not reading the floppy,please remove me from the list and withdraw mt interest.
Many Thanks.

No it's not, but you can download the SketchUp file for free: xum.skp

It is pretty thin-walled so you need a good printer, but give it a try :) Scale should be such that the long edge of the case is 88 millimeters long.

Fantastic! I'll give it a go today.
And thank you :D

I've just returned from a trip to Belgium that took most of this week. I'll sort payment out later tonight.

@Merlin

I was thinking you might be away, didn't see any recent posts :)

I'll be shipping all the currently pending orders during the weekend, outgoing mail has already been collected for today unfortunately so in practice they'll head out first thing next week.

Printed out the case and it was a bit tricky with the overhangs, but the walls were fine. I'll give it another go on Monday looks promising! :)

@sweetlilmre

Yeah sorry about that, I could have designed it to be more DIY-friendly, with just screws holding it together or something. But I wanted to see what Shapeways' laser sintering machines can do :)

All current orders have been shipped, and should start arriving this week (maybe longer for those outside of Europe). Let me know if anything has gone wrong and we'll sort it out. Still many left if anyone else wants one, I'll put up some ads on other forums soon.

Hey!

It's not a problem at all, just an interesting challenge! :D:D:D

Payment sent.
BTW, it was pure luck I saw this thread here in [Other]. I usually only goto [Amiga] and [Commodore].
